Our teachers
At Little Graduates Preschool, our teachers are required to obtain their CPR/First-Aid certifications, in addition to participating in continuous professional learning training hours per year.
Our teachers strive to make parent teacher communications a priority. Investing in our educators and staff to remain current in knowledge, skills and professional values is very important to us. Our teachers offer a home away from home in our family-friendly classroom environments where your children can grow, learn, and play.
Our teachers focus on skills and practices that enable lifelong learning and independent problem solving by promoting learning through social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Our teachers facilitate each child’s development based on the child’s interest and individuality.
Grow NJ Kids:
Little Graduates Preschool is in the process of obtaining Grow NJ Kids Rating.
Grow NJ Kids is New Jersey’s Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS) designed to create universal standards of quality for all early care and education programs. Grow NJ Kids is designed to assess childcare and early learning programs, provide training and incentives to improve them, and communicate their level of quality to the public.
Based on a rating system, Grow NJ Kids provides the framework for programs to continue to meet high quality standards in each of the following areas:

- Curriculum and Learning Environment
- Family and Community Engagement
- Workforce/Professional Development
- Administration and Management
